Kelsey knows how special the Ozarks are and uses her intuitive passion for service-driven hospitality to curate experiences that are a world away, but feel right at home. She helps visitors and locals alike seamlessly connect with the magic of downtown Bentonville through their group’s stay or event at The Compton.
BlakeSt House is a private social club in the heart of downtown Bentonville with a focus on wellness and connection. As the Director of Membership, Kelsey was responsible for building and sustaining the dynamic, vibrant membership community, driving growth through personalized outreach and intentional hospitality.
While working for the city of Bentonville, Kelsey was responsible for managing year-round aquatic operations across three diverse portfolios, establishing consistent standards and training for her team of 60+ aquatic professionals.
