  • Drives the sales and negotiations of group room blocks and events to corporate, social, educational, and association clients, creating a high-touch, curated stay experience aligned with each group’s unique needs

  • Building, managing, and growing client relationships through proactive outreach, thoughtful follow-up, and a commitment to the level of excellence in service that expands beyond the contract

  • Collaborating across a multitude of departments to curate and execute a group’s experience to the standard of excellence that drives and supports the brand

  • Working with Revenue Management and Operations teams to ensure profitable group business and alignment in forecasting

  • Acting as a brand representative in the local market, community, and beyond Northwest Arkansas

  • Proactively identifies and quantifies new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and smart research to drive account growth and revenue generation

  • Prioritizes strategic planning using a keen understanding of market demand and the changing patterns of Northwest Arkansas tourism, travel, and recreation.

  • Building, managing, and supporting the systems for optimal client experience throughout the booking and sales process, always adapting to new standards and strategies with the rapid change of technology and resources
