Collaborating across a multitude of departments to curate and execute a group’s experience to the standard of excellence that drives and supports the brand
Working with Revenue Management and Operations teams to ensure profitable group business and alignment in forecasting
Acting as a brand representative in the local market, community, and beyond Northwest Arkansas
Proactively identifies and quantifies new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and smart research to drive account growth and revenue generation
Prioritizes strategic planning using a keen understanding of market demand and the changing patterns of Northwest Arkansas tourism, travel, and recreation.
Building, managing, and supporting the systems for optimal client experience throughout the booking and sales process, always adapting to new standards and strategies with the rapid change of technology and resources
