  • Built and sustained a vibrant, dynamic membership community, driving growth through personalized outreach and intentional hospitality.

  • Acted as BlakeSt’s primary public-facing ambassador, representing the brand to prospective members, community leaders, and local partners; creating and fostering lasting relationships with a wide network throughout northwest Arkansas and beyond.

  • Created and implemented cross-departmental procedures and protocols, ensuring seamless daily operation and event execution consistent to the BlakeSt brand experience.

  • Designed and built a streamlined membership and communications ecosystem, centralizing software and tech tools while simplifying processes to improve engagement, sales, and member satisfaction.

  • Collaborated with various teams and external partners to tackle marketing and engagement strategies, building and managing budgets, and tracking KPIs. Combined years of experience with data to drive informed and responsible decision-making.

  • Supervised and supported cross-functional teams (Community, Events, and Marketing), to cultivate a high-trust, mission-driven environment that empowered team members and drove over 5 million dollars in annual revenue.

  • Created comprehensive informational guides and onboarding materials for new members joining the community.

Sales and Recruitment

In 2024, Kelsey built the entire CRM and Sales Pipeline for Membership at BlakeSt using HubSpot. Since 2023, she has sold over 1,000 memberships, generating more than 2.4 million dollars toward annual membership revenue. When BlakeSt reached capacity in May of 2024, Kelsey managed and continued engagement for the waitlist, leading to a constant stream of repeating revenue for the House.

Member Engagement

Through various drip campaigns and strategies, Kelsey worked alongside her marketing and events team to drive Member engagement and promote programs. She is responsible for the highest-scoring team over the last five quarterly Membership Satisfaction Surveys, praised by members for their professionalism, kindness, exceptional hospitality and constant willingness to help. 

Private Events

After recognizing an untapped opportunity for revenue and member engagement, Kelsey created an in-full Private Hire Events program in summer of 2023. Over the course of the next few years, she was responsible for generating over $215,000 in space rentals alone, and BlakeSt has become the premier destination for wedding rehearsals, Board of Director dinners, and late-night after parties for summits and conferences.
